Plan your orders not to be out of stock this season. Please be aware we will not process and / or deliver orders the following days:

December the 24th (after 1pm), 25th, 27th and 31st (after 1pm) 2015.

January the 1st, 2nd and 3rd 2016.

What are available shipping options?

Express Shipping: AU$ 17.00

Fully Online trackable –  Two (2) business day’s delivery service to Metropolitan areas in main cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane) and up to five (5) business days to Non Metropolitan areas and other cities (Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, regional areas).

Rates: AU$ 17.00 for up to 0.5kg and AU $ 25.00 for up to 1kg.


PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY TIME FRAMES (2 or 5 business days) are calculated from the date your package is shipped. Read below When is my order going to be shipped?


When is my order going to be shipped?

Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (before 11 am), they will be shipped the same day at 1:00 pm and delivered in 2 business days to Metro Areas of main cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), and up to 5 business days to Non Metro areas and other cities.

Orders placed Friday after 11 am, Saturday, Sunday they will be shipped the following Monday at 1:00 pm, and delivered in 2 business days from Monday to Metro Areas of main cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), and up to 5 business days to Non Metro areas and other cities.

FOR EXAMPLE: You placed an order 11:05 am on Friday; we will process your order on Monday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, and it will get sent on Monday at 1:00 pm. This mean your order will be arriving to its destination on Wednesday if you live in Metro Area of main cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), and if you live in a Non Metro area and other cities, your order will arrive anytime between Wednesday and the following Monday.


How do I know my order is being Shipped?

Once your order has been placed you will receive FIRST notification “Order is now Processing” —  Orders placed before 11:00 am will be picked, packed and sent the same day (if placed after 11am, then it will be sent next business day).

Once your order is being picked, packed & sent, you will receive a SECOND notification, which includes the Tracking Number for your order.


How do I track my order?

To track your order, please use the Link and Tracking Number included in the SECOND notification email – Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the notification in your Inbox. If you cannot find it at all, please email us support@soulblu.com  requesting your Tracking Number – Please provide your name, order number, date and time you pay for the order. We will email you back the Tracking Number within the following 24 hours.

Depending on which Shipping Option you have chosen,  you will receive an email with different links to track your order:

  • if you choose Standard Shipping: International Courier we will send you an email with a link to track your order.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.!
